Fishing Magnets

Junk Mills
Dawnrays Oil Junk Mills are hard-faced with sintered tungsten carbide particles that mill away stuck fish that can not be retrieved with conventional fishing methods. Releasing and Circulating Overshot
The Releasing and Circulating Overshot consists of three main external parts: a Top Sub, a Bowl, and a Guide. Internal catch and pack-off parts are determined by the diameter of the fish. Each assembly is designed for a maximum catch diameter. A Spiral Grapple, Spiral Grapple Control, and a Type A Packer are used in the overshot bowl when the diameter of the fish is near the published maximum catch diameter of the overshot.

Releasing Spear
The Releasing Spears provide a positive means to engage and retrieve an internal fish from the well. The design of this rugged, dependable, and inexpensive internal catch fishing tool ensures positive engagement, easy release and re-engagement. It may be used with other equipment such as pack-off assemblies and internal cutters. The Dawnray Releasing Spear consists of a mandrel, grapple, releasing ring, and a bull nose nut. The size and type of the upper box connection is furnished according to customer specification.
Taper tap& Die Collar
The Taper tap is the simplest, and the most economical, internal catch fishing tools designed for retrieving a fish from the hole. The Die collar is the simplest external catch fishing tools designed for retrieving a fish from the hole. Both Taper tap and die collar are manufactured in one piece from high grade alloy and specially heat treated for strength.
Safety Joint
The Safety Joint is designed for the safe and dependable release from drilling, fishing, tubing, wash over or testing strings should they become stuck. The Safety Joint comes in a variety of popular sizes for drill pipe, tubing and wash over strings. We will also design and manufacture safety joints to meet a customer's specific need. The Safety Joint consists of a box section and a pin section. They are made of specially heat treated high strength alloy steel and high quality heat-treated.
Reverse Circulation Junk Basket
By utilizing the principal of reverse fluid circulation, the Reverse Circulation Junk Basket has been designed to remove all types of small junk objects from the hole. The Dawnray Reverse Circulation Junk Basket consists of a lifting sub, top sub, barrel, type A mill shoe, and a single junk catcher. Mill shoes for all reverse circulation junk baskets are available in three types: A, B, and C.
Impression Block
The Lead Impression Block is designed to give an imprint of the top of a fish in the hole to help determine the condition and position of the top of the fish. Additionally,the Impression Block can also be used to give clues on how to retrieve an unknown fish in the well. Dawnrays Lead Impression Blocks are manufactured with a high strength alloy steel body and a soft lead insert at the lower end. Impression blocks with or without a water course are both available.
Super Fishing Jar
The Super fishing Jar is a up jarring tool that utilizes a core piston to realize the jarring action. The down hole jarring blow is adjustable without any rig floor adjustments necessary prior to the run. Impact of each blow can be varied by simply changing the pull load.
